Policies

Thank you for your interest in Gabriella’s Designs! Please review the current policies that apply to any and all orders:

1. Turnaround time for when your order was placed will be listed on the day you purchase either in the homepage, on social media outlets and often within each item descriptions as well. 

2. If you have any questions about an order, feel free to email us at orders@gabriellasdesigns.com. We aim to reply to all emailed questions within 48 hours, but if this goes past that, feel free to check in with us on social media channels to be sure we received your email. 

3. Gabriella’s Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order ships, it is out of our hands, but we will help to the best of our ability to recommend steps you can take to get your order from them or to report theft. 

4. As all items are made to order, there are no returns. Please review sizing charts and order the correct size. If something appears to be wrong with your actual garment, please contact me to discuss this as we want you to be fully satisfied and in love with your items.
